Sepia offers its clients a unique, personalised e-commerce site – at no cost.

Each client selects the articles to be displayed on the site and indicates who will be able to view the articles.
Staff at headquarters and subscribed members of the distribution network can access the site via a personal and secure login to:

• View the personalised product catalogue page by page.
• View images of articles.
• Consult stock status of articles.
• Purchase or hire articles.
• View open and completed orders.
• Request and export reports (turnover, stock history, etc.)

The site is a custom designed tool which reflects Sepia’s many years of experience.
Visitors can consult the availability of visibility articles, by date, and subject to authorisation,
they can find out which event each article is currently assigned to.
The e-commerce tool also enables you, our client, to virtually walk through our warehouse and
view the products from up close in order to know exactly which of your articles are in stock.
This tool provides another added benefit for our clients.
